How to shop online?

Payment Method

The prices of G.O. products are shown in Hong Kong Dollar. ​We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Paypal, PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, ATM, FPS and Online Banking.

Please submit the payment history to info@greenone.com.hk for confirmation.

Delivery Arrangement

Delivery will be arranged within 7 working days of successful purchase (Custom products excluded), delivery date has to reference to the local courier schedule. For any changes on the delivery arrangement after shipped, customer has to contact the local courier directly.

 

For any purchase over HK$350 (discounted price) in store, we will offer free local and Macau delivery.

 

Order will be delivered by HK Post or S.F. Express (Residential / industrial / commercial locations and S.F. service points (S.F. Stations, S.F. Service Centres, EF Lockers, 7-eleven or Circle K) only.)

Return Policy

We do not support exchange and refund on any purchase, customers shall consider carefully before placing an order.

For the item with quality issues, please contact us within 7 days after received the goods.

In the event of any dispute, Green One Lab's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Q1. Do I need to register an account before shopping?

 

A1. No, registration is not required, but we recommend you to sign up for our online member to enjoy more premium discount privilege.

Q2. Can I cancel or change my purchase order?

A2. Sorry, purchase order cannot be cancelled or changed after the payment is confirmed.

Q3. Delivery time and arrangement?

A3. Delivery will be arranged within 3 to 7 working days of successful purchase (Custom products excluded), delivery date has to reference to the local courier schedule.

Q4. Can I purchase online and collect at shop?

A4. Sorry, we don’t provide this service at this moment.

Q5. What should I do if I received wrong products or damaged products?

A5. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn’t even show up, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days after received the goods.

Q6. Can I track my order online?

A6. Such function is not available yet. However, once you completing the payment, you should receive the Order Confirmation email. You may contact info@greenone.com.hk regarding your online purchase order enquiry.

Q7. Do you offer international delivery service?

A7. Yes, we provide international delivery service. Shipping rates vary depending on your region.

Q8. How safe is my personal information?

A8. We follow strict security procedures when storing your personal information to prevent unauthorised access. No credit card details are stored in our website. Please read our privacy policy here.
